Common questions
Do you make loans? No. We are a referral and marketing service. Loans come from lending partners under contracts you sign with them directly.
Can you tell me my payoff amount? No, only your current servicer can. Ask them for a ten-day payoff quote.
Where do I dispute something on my credit report? With the bureau that reported it and with the furnisher. We cannot change credit file entries.
